Firstly, I'm not a polished, animated,

charming, professional public speaker
(yet! hehe).

One thing I do know is that the fear
of public speaking can become a real
problem in the workplace, at college
or university and even at job interviews.
AND THAT is what I am PASSIONATE about,
helping people overcome their
PUBLIC SPEAKING FEARS.

• Are you tongue-tied when trying to
  speak up in meetings?
   
• Do you feel uncomfortable when you
  are asked questions on the spot?
   
• Are you the one who sits passively
  in debates or discussions?
   
• Do you often feel sick before a
  presentation?

I have struggled in these situations,
and many many more, believe me.
I diagnosed myself with 'social anxiety
disorder' 10 years ago. Back then I found
it hard to talk on the phone, to walk into
a job agency and speak to someone and even
found it hard go shopping at the local
supermarket, with the fear that I would
bump into someone I knew and had to make
conversation.

Thankfully, I have overcome my crippling
anxiety issues and now I can happily say
that I no longer fear public speaking and
I am looking forward to supporting you in
achieving the same freedom.

Hi Guys and Girls

There will be a weekly speaking group starting on Saturday 30th June.

There will be activities that challenge you.... they will be fun too of course. If you need a push.... in other words you want to move outside your comfort zone more... this is the group for you. 

The session will include:

- Ice breakers

- Impromptu questions and answers

- Short talks - 1-2 mins

- Longer talks - 2-3 mins

- Constructive feedback

- And more... :)
